Client Agreement & Terms of Service
This contract includes a limitation of liability and remedies.

By placing an order with Lillian&Meadow (L&M), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services involve the creation of custom, handcrafted pieces using organic floral materials. Due to the nature of these materials and the preservation process, your final product will differ from your original fresh bouquet.
Acknowledgment of Natural Changes in Flowers
You acknowledge and accept that flowers undergo natural changes during the drying, pressing, and preservation process. These changes may include, but are not limited to:
-
Color variation
-
Bruising and translucent spots
-
Air bubbles in resin
-
Shifting or movement of flowers during resin curing
Pre-Dried Flowers
If you submit flowers that have been dried prior to sending, L&M is not responsible for:
-
Mold, rot, or visible hair-like textures
-
Any deterioration that occurs or becomes evident during the preservation process
Moisture in Pre-Dried Flowers
Flowers containing residual moisture cannot be successfully preserved or pressed. Pre-dried flowers with moisture will not be accepted for processing.
Refrigerated or Frozen Flowers
Flowers that have been stored in a refrigerator or freezer prior to shipment are prone to mold and rot. These flowers will not yield acceptable results and are not suitable for preservation.
Damaged or Wilted Flowers
L&M reserves the right to refuse preservation of flowers that arrive in a condition deemed unsuitable for preservation (e.g., wilted, excessively damaged).
-
In such cases, L&M is not obligated to return the flowers.
-
However, clients may opt to pay an additional fee for replacement flowers, sourced to closely match the original bouquet.
Shipping Liability
L&M is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
-
including natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
-
Damage or loss during transit
-
Incorrect shipping information provided by the client at checkout
Resin and Long-Term Changes
-
Resin may naturally amber or yellow over time.
-
Pressed flowers may also brown or fade due to exposure.
These are natural occurrences, and L&M assumes no responsibility for these changes.
Turn-around Time
-
Due to the hands-on nature of our work and order volume, production may take up to 6-8 months.
-
If your order exceeds 12 months, and the delay is due to factors within our control, you may request a 50% refund, along with your completed piece.
Use of Product Photography
-
L&M retains the right to photograph all completed pieces for use in marketing, advertising, and social media.
-
Any photos submitted by the client may also be used unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
Color Correction Policy
Color correction is available only for resin preservation.
-
This is a creative, best-effort service intended to reduce discoloration and match original flower tones as closely as possible.
-
Exact color replication is not guaranteed.
Rights to Refuse Service
L&M reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion if the client relationship is deemed incompatible with a successful or satisfactory outcome.
Product Safety Disclaimer
L&M is not liable for any personal injury or harm resulting from the use or handling of its products.
Resin Care Instructions
Hot items must not be placed directly on resin surfaces, including tables. Resin tables are intended for decorative use only.
Disclaimer Warranties
L&M DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
-
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
-
WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE
Limitation of Liability
L&M, including its owners, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for:
-
Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
-
Penalties, or claims made by third parties
Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service or the actual documented loss—whichever is less. The remedy provided herein is exclusive, even if it fails its essential purpose.
Claims Process
Any claims for damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days of product delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
