Lost or Damaged Bouquets
Lillian&Meadows is not responsible for bouquets that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event or while in transit to us. We prepare for each order in advance—purchasing materials and setting aside time—full refunds are not available in these situations. We do not offer full refunds for lost, stolen or damaged bouquets. We appreciate your understanding.
If your Bouquet gets Damaged
1. Option 1- Have your florist make a replica bouquet and ship to us.
2. Option 2- You may still be able to preserve a damaged bouquet with L&M. It's common for some flowers to brown slightly during transit, and in many cases, we can still work with them—as long as you're aware that any bruising or discoloration will be reflected in the final piece. However, if your flowers show signs of excessive browning, mold, mildew, or rot, we unfortunately won't be able to dry or preserve them. We will communicate with you when your flowers arrive and send pics as needed.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, as each piece is custom made to order.

Rescheduling
In the event your special date changes, Flower arrival dates may be rescheduled at any time with no extra fees.
